I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The newly renovated room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The hotel's facilities were great, with a self-service snack/lunch bar offering delicious tramezzini. I loved the fact that it was located right where the water bus stop is, making transportation around the city so convenient. Additionally, the hotel had private parking, which was a big plus. Its location was perfect, with the main street, restaurants, and shops just a stone's throw away. And let's not forget the proximity to the beach, which was just a short 15-20 minute walk. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location close to everything made my stay truly enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the main attractions in the city. the waterbus stop was just a short walk away, making it straightforward to travel to popular destinations like San Marco. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely balcony where I could relax and enjoy the surrounding area.

There were a couple of negative aspects of my stay. the lack of toiletries in the room was disappointing.

Lovely view from our room overlooking the water to Venice. The location in Lido was perfect, only a short ferry ride to the main parts of Venice. The room was clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. The ferry terminal right opposite the hotel was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Venice.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. At just 50 Euro per person per night, the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to accommodate all of our luggage. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We were particularly impressed with the thoughtful gesture of offering a quick breakfast for our friend who had an early morning flight. The hotel's location on Lido Island was a pleasant surprise, as the waterbus stop was conveniently located just a stone's throw away. This made exploring the main attractions of Venice, such as the Biennale, a breeze. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a variety of cafes, shops, and a supermarket made our stay even more convenient.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right across the road from the water buses. It's outside of the main island of Venice, but still really close to all the attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for luggage. The staff are helpful and accommodating, even offering breakfast for an early morning flight. The continental breakfast is adequate, with a variety of hot drinks available. the hotel offers great value for the price.

The air conditioning can be a bit loud, which may be bothersome for light sleepers.
